Bari (Bari) - Puglia

Bari, close to the sea and with a very rich gastronomic culture, is a city to be "tasted". Along the alleys of the old city, it will be impossible not to meet women intent on preparing the famous orecchiette, cooked according to the Apulian tradition. As Annamaria does, in her house on the outskirts of Bari almost by the sea, where she prepares fresh pasta and dishes with a strong sea flavor.

Cooking has always been the passion of our Cesarina, thanks to the recipes learned from grandmother Isabella. Now she has the opportunity to make her dream come true: preparing dishes from her family tradition, for all those who want to discover the Apulian culinary art.
