Take a seat at my cozy Cesarine table to savor forgotten recipes that have been treasured and passed down for generations.
During this cooking class you will learn, step by step, how to prepare three recipes: a bruschetta typical of my area, a fresh pasta dish and a dessert.
Together we will prepare the dough, rolling out the pastry and shaping it according to my family's recipes.
Each participant will have an apron and a handout in which the recipes will be described with ingredients and various steps.
To end on a sweet note, we will also prepare together a great tiramisu from my family recipe book.
All will be enjoyed in the company of good local wine.
