Cooking class with 3 recipes (appetizer, fresh pasta dish and dessert) followed by 3-course menu with the dishes prepared during the course.
Hi I'm Barbara,
I am looking forward to hosting you in my home! We will cook together from appetizer to dessert. We will have fun making "scarpinocc," a stuffed pasta typical of the Bergamo valleys ( vegetarian pasta). We will end our cooking class with tiramisu.
