My father, brother and I had so much fun with Alessia. She is down to earth, easy to talk to, offered wine as soon as we arrived, and made the entire experience the best thing we did in Bologna. Her house is a short 15 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore, located in a quiet residential part of town. Once there, she was patient as my family and I tried our best to make pasta. Alessia is very engaging, so we talked the entire time about Bologna, Italy, wine, life, and of course, food. Her chef skills are second to none. My family and I are looking forward to booking with Alessia again next time we are in Bologna.

Alessia was great. We already make pasta a little at home but she thought us some very useful tips and tricks and ended up provided some lovely local pasta dishes, with local cheese, vinegar, and wine. Thank you Alessia!

We went to Allesia's house in the afternoon, at 4.30 PM. We made 2 pasta dishes (one filled and one tagliatelle) and a dolci desert. Alessia explained everything well and we learned a lot from it. Here home is very nice and easy to walk to from the center (20 mins or so). I would definately recommend going there if you are into cooking and like to lear how to make true Bolognese dishes. A lovely memory for me and my 2 daughters (15y and 16y).

Words can’t describe how incredible an experience this was! Alessia is truly a master of her craft! She and her husband were warm and welcoming, her instructions were clear, and the food turned out phenomenally!! If you have the opportunity to cook with Alessia, don’t hesitate! It will be the experience of a lifetime!
