Hi from Chiara!

Our Cesarina Chiara is a Roman doc, who has always been passionate about cooking. “I started cooking as a child alongside my mother and grandmother, and then I have continued to cultivate and increase my love, my technique and my passion for cooking. I strongly believe that cooking is the heart of the house and that through cooking, in addition to flavors, I can transmit the history of my city, and emotions. For me food is culture, education, passion, sharing and care. This is why I like to be able to share my cooking experience and my recipes with my guests”
