"I love to host and take care of the table, I always try to create a mise en place with some ingredient that recalls the menu or seasonality. I prefer to cook dishes of land, typical of the Tuscan tradition, I do not try too much in desserts... but only not to eat too many!"

: We had a wonderful experience with Silvia. She provided an authentic Italian educational cooking experience for our family of 4 (including our 2 young adult children) in her cozy, beautiful home. She walked us through the reasons behind her choice of recipes and our experience included 1 appetizer, 2 authentic meals and a dessert. She was wonderful and I highly recommend booking her for your visit.
: Silvia was fantastic and so was her recipes. My husband and I are here celebrating out 10th anniversary and it was very special to make some of Silvia’s favorite dishes . Everything was delicious !
