Una cooking class in cui imparare a cucinare antipasto, primo e dessert tipici della cucina bergamasca, accompagnati da ottimo vino locale. Le uova provengono direttamente dalle mie galline (che potrete incontrare), tutte le verdure di stagione dal mio orto (e possiamo anche raccoglierle insieme prima di iniziare il corso di cucina).

: Super experience and made a delicious lunch and dessert together. Bianca took the time for us, was very social and interested. Bianca has also done her very best in connection with the the passage of the workshop
: me and my father did a food tour in Bergamo with the lovely Bianca. It was fun, walking around the beautiful city, tasting some local treats and an amazing Focaccia with prosciutto. She took some photos with a stills camera which was a nice touch and souvenier of the tour. deffenitly recoomand!
: Meine Tochter und ich hatten einen superschönen Abend in Bergamo mit sehr gutem Essen und einer wirklich sehr netten Gastgeberin, Bianca, die sich mit uns sowohl auf Englisch als auch auf Italienisch unterhalten hat - ganz nach Bedarf und Können unsererseits. Das Abendessen bestand aus vier wunderbaren Gängen, von denen wir die Nachspeise, eine Zabaione, gemeinsam zubereitet haben, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Uns hat der Abend sehr viel Spaß gemacht (dies war unsere erste Erfahrung dieser Art) und wir können dieses "Event" wirklich weiterempfehlen. Danke Bianca!!

: Really great experience with Bianca! She is really kind and has a great sense of humor. Wonderful and really clean accommodation. Fresh and high quality ingredient (hen’s egg directly from her backyard). We are planning to book a cooking lesson ASAP

Amo cucinare soprattutto primi piatti e dolci, ma me la cavo bene anche con i secondi. Mi piace sperimentare ma anche la cucina tradizionale mi dà molta soddisfazione!
