Ho sempre amato cucinare, specialmente per grandi gruppi di persone. In estate, mi piace preparare salsa di pomodoro, marmellate, olii aromatizzati e sali. Per le mie ricette, ho la priorità di utilizzare prodotti locali e biologici. In questa lezione di cucina, ti insegnerò come fare vari tipi di pasta fresca in diverse forme e come cucinarle con sughi di stagione, tra cui bigoli, tagliatelle, tagliolini, fusilli e altro ancora. Ogni tipo di pasta ha un sapore unico e la forma della pasta si combina in modo diverso con i sughi che usiamo. Concluderemo poi con un dessert tipico. Mentre cuciniamo, potremo anche goderci il bellissimo giardino, che è particolarmente piacevole durante la stagione calda.

Monica was absolutely incredible! She was patient, a great teacher and full of knowledge on how to cook the Italian way! All 8 of us dearly loved our experience and we all learned so much. This cooking class was so much fun. Monica customized it to what we wanted to learn and was so knowledgeable. The class went long because she insisted we needed more time. She and her husband also provided a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, and alcohol. Would definitely recommend!
