Dopo un aperitivo di benvenuto, in quest'esperienza prepareremo la pasta Capunto (tipica pugliese) con il ragù di braciole di bufala e vino del Lodigiano, tutto naturalmente a km 0, ingredienti acquistati da coltivatori locali.
Inizieremo con la preparazione delle braciole di bufala per poi continuare ad impastare la pasta fatta in casa.
La cena si concluderà con biscottini e limoncello, tutto ovviamente home made.

- Well what can we say! We loved the whole experience. From the moment we arrived our host Sandra was amazing… excellent teacher at pasta making, we know now where we were going wrong! Thank you 🤩 Sandra was passionate about her ingredients and talked us through each course, explaining how she made it and also about her home of Puglia. She also played awesome music so she made us feel at home in her home. We will be trying all the recipes out when we go home, especially the limoncello. Would definitely recommend and again a massive thank you.
- Sandra provided the perfect cooking class. Beautiful apartment, everything prepared for pasta making. She is professional, kind, funny, knowledgeable, and with a truly bright light personality. Fun, happy, and very gifted in showing us how to make tagliatelle and ravioli, using different pasta for each. Our pasta was the lightest I’ve ever tasted. Yum! Yes, I loved the class and will come back to Sandra again. The best!
- Sandra is an awesome host and an excellent cook. She taught me how to make pasta from scratch, which was very fun. She also gave me the recipes for the delicious foods she cooked. If you happen to have Sandra as your host, you are in for a treat!
- Sandra greatly spoiled us with our 1st cooking class experience in Italia! She made it relaxed with music (we all ended up singing along)and enjoyable with generous wine pours and light-hearted conversation while she educated us on cooking techniques. She explained each ingredient used and laughed along with us while documenting our experience with photos and videos. Sandra has a 7 year old sourdough starter and I have never had more delicious bread in my life. I would book this tour over and over with each visit to Milano just to spend more time with Sandra.
- What a lovely evening with my wife and I. Sandra was an excellent host and really knows how to cook and teach amazing pasta a d tiramisu. I highly recommend her and definitely ask her about the himemade limoncello. It was a great value and lots of fun.

Mi diverto a sperimentare continuamente nuovi piatti e sono curiosa di ogni cucina del mondo. Conservo il mio lievito madre da diversi anni. Prediligo materie prime a km 0, di coltivatori del lodigiano. Sono una persona empatica e solare; mi piace avere persone in casa e avere cura di esse a tavola. Appasionata di design d'interni, sono molto attenta alla cura della mia casa perché mi piace che i miei ospiti abbiano un piacere visivo oltre a quello gustativo."
