Corso di cucina: impara a cucinare le ricette italiane con una Cesarina locale

- This was my favourite PUGLIA EXPERIENCE! Francesco and Francesca welcomed us with open arms in their home. Their hospitality has really warmed our hearts and made our trip to Italy worth wild! We were welcomed with some homemade focaccia, AMAZING burratta, wine and They have spent the night showing us how to make orecchiette by hand. We then ate the orecchiette and I must say they were the best I have ever had! We were pleasantly surprised by the most beautiful homemade strawberry tart made by Francesca. This was a delicious and heart warming experience. I highly recommend!
- When I lived in Perugia Italy, I had the pleasure of being welcomed into the homes of Italian friends for many wonderful meals and hours of lively conversation. Fast forward a few decades to a long awaited visit to Puglia where my wife and I thought to take a Cesarine cooking class for a bit of that experience and a chance to taste genuine local cuisine. Our original reservation in Lecce fell through and we accepted another in nearby Copertino. Lucky, lucky us. Our evening in the warmth and comfort of an utterly wonderful Italian family was indeed "molto altro" than just a cooking class! Make no mistake, Francesca will guide your culinary efforts with grace and humor. A magically delicious meal will be served no matter how clumsily you form the orecchiette (guilty). There will be a transcendent Tiramisu. Most of all, will be the amazing glow of being "in famiglia" and the evening having flown by. Truly special. Not to be missed.
- Esperienza piacevole e tranquilla in compagnia della cesarina Francesca e la figlia Carlotta. Molto buoni i prodotti del Salento e le sagne con la stracciatella. Una vera e propria scoperta è stato il caffè con ghiaccio e liquore alle mandorle. apprezzato e preso due volte.
