Sono Silvia, una Cesarina che ama condividere la propria cucina con gli ospiti. Vi invito a cena a casa mia, dove potrete assaporare i sapori autentici della cucina toscana. Per il primo piatto, vi preparerò dei gustosi gnocchi di patate con un ragù di carne preparato con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Il secondo piatto sarà una delizia per il palato: gnudi al burro e nocciole, una specialità lucchese a base di ricotta e spinaci. Infine, per dessert, vi farò assaggiare una focaccia tradizionale chiamata Necci, dolce e fragrante. Vi aspetto a casa mia per una serata indimenticabile!

: We spent a lovely afternoon with Silvia. We talked food and Tuscan culture while making very simple beautiful Tuscan food. This is a great way to spend an afternoon out of the heat, learning about Tuscany and Tuscan cooking from a local.
: One of my favorite experiences in Italy!! Silvia is so charismatic and fun! My sister, brother in law and I were joined by two female best friends. Silvia got us all engaged and we had an amazing time learning how to make gnocchi, home made pasta and tiramisu all while drinking wine and chatting. Silvia’s flat is so charming and a lovely place to enjoy lunch aka the fruits of our labor. Cannot recommend enough! I would do this again and again!

"Amo ospitare e avere cura della tavola, cerco sempre di creare una mise en place con qualche ingrediente che richiami il menù o la stagionalità. Preferisco cucinare piatti di terra, tipici della tradizione toscana, non mi cimento troppo nei dolci... ma solamente per non mangiarne troppi!"
