Wir lieben die typische römische Küche, die aus einfachen Gerichten besteht, die jedoch aus ausgewählten und, wenn möglich, lokalen Zutaten zubereitet werden. In unseren Gerichten findet sich die Authentizität unverfälschter Aromen und der Wunsch, die Einfachheit maximal zur Geltung zu bringen und sie in pure Exzellenz zu verwandeln.

- This was our very first cooking class, so we didn't know what to expect, especially when two of our hosts show up on a motorcycle. But this event could not have turned out any better. We began with a walking tour of Tivoli combined with a visit to the market to get some supplies for our feast. Honestly it was one of the best walking tours we've had so far. We were introduced to some of Tivoli's hidden treasures. Alessandro and Gabriele are well known in Tivoli and it was fun to watch them interact with so many people. My brother and sister-in-law have been taking Italian for two years and we were all delighted to see them putting their italian to good use. Once we were done with the walking tour we made our way back Alessandra's home were we were greated by our third host, Kristiana, who is just a delight. We enjoyed great views from the dek and had an amazing, hands on experience making the best dnocchi that we've had. I can't recommend this experience enought and can't wait to come back to Tivoli for a repeat performance. Alessandro, Gabriele and Kristiana were an amazing combination of great friends who made this experience very magical.
- Quasi inaspettatamente ho regalato questa esperienza a mio figlio… è stata magica!!! l’atmosfera che ci ha accolto era divertente, poetica, godereccia e romantica. Panorama meraviglioso… ogni dettaglio al posto giusto!! Mettere le mani in pasta d’acqua, farina e patate sotto la guida di Alessandro è stata soddisfacente. L’aperitivo iniziale strepitoso. L’accoglienza solare di kristiana e il tiramisù fatto con lei una delizia. Mi è piaciuto tutto di questa esperienza, l’ambiente, le persone, il calore, l’aspetto di leggero e di pacere!!! Alessandro e kristiana… TOP!!! Da ripetere!!!
