Mola di Bari es unlugar especial: un pequeño y encantador pueblo costero que atrae por sus playas de aguas cristalinas y su gastronomía de calidad, gracias a los productos típicos (desde el tomate de la «Penna» hasta el pescado del «Canalone») y a los platos relacionados con las fiestas religiosas (desde el calzone de cebolla del Viernes Santo hasta las lagane de San José).Todas estas delicias se pueden degustar en la mesa de Annalisa, amante de la buena cocina y reina de la hospitalidad. Para nuestra Cesarina, el arte culinario es una forma de enriquecer los lazos familiares y las amistades, ya que durante una de «sus» comidas o cenas no solo se disfruta de los platos, sino que se reviven las atmósferas de antaño.

Delicious home cooking and wonderful time with the family. Annalisa very patiently explained recipes and the conversation with all family members flowed nicely. We enjoyed this experience very and highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful evening with Annalisa and her family making delicious ravioli and orichiette from scratch. Annalisa is very welcoming and we really enjoyed learning how to make the different pastas and tiramisu and then getting to eat them all with her and her family on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea!

Annalisa was a very generous host. Not only did we get amazing pasta making lessons but she had prepared aperitifs for us and shared her limoncello. She was an amazing teacher and very skilled in the kitchen. Her kitchen was beautiful and she was more than prepared for us with individual cutting boards and pasta making stations. I would definitely go back to visit her again!
