« Je suis une personne joyeuse et sociable, ma passion pour la cuisine est née chez moi, où j'ai appris à faire des pâtes fraîches avec ma grand-mère. Mon appartement, doté d'un grand espace ouvert avec cuisine ouverte et salon, est situé à San Viton dei Normanni, une petite ville de la plaine salentine à deux pas de la mer. Chaque lundi, la localité accueille le marché. »

- What an incredible experience to be with Maria. She gave us a true Italian cooking lesson. She was friendly welcoming and fun to watch. Would highly recommend anything she offers as a chance to learn from her.
- Very unique experience with a wonderful host and interesting guests. Food was delicious, authentic and plenty. It was a wonderful evening.
