"La mia passione per la cucina è innata: da bambina ho sempre guardato mia nonna, le mie zie, mia mamma dietro ai fornelli, per poi scoprimi oggi a rifare le stesse ricette, imitando i sapori e gli odori di 40 anni fa. Ho cercato di ricreare quei magici momenti, accompagnati da sapori e odori unici."

This was a wonderful experience, Stefania was so friendly, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed. We laughed a lot, learned about language, culture, and of course, how to make the dishes we later ate! The whole experience was immersive and we felt like we were amongst friends. It was fantastic and I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful night with Stefania and Romina last Saturday night. They both made us feel extremely welcome in Stefania’s home and her food was delicious. We all had fun watching Phillip try his had at kneading pasta dough and the meal was designed around local home grown or made produce. While waiting for our ride to come to take us back to Ascoli Picena Stefania invited us to attend a local festival with her. It was “the icing on the cake”. Being part of a community event was special. Highly recommended 👏👏
