Ich freue mich darauf, mit euch in die Tradition der Küche der Maremma einzutauchen: Wir werden typische Gerichte dieser wunderschönen Gegend zubereiten und sie dann gemeinsam genießen. Mit dabei ist auch meine Familie, die sich immer freut, Gäste zu haben, denen sie kleine kulinarische Geheimnisse verraten kann. Mein Haus liegt mitten im Herzen von Orbetello, nur einen Katzensprung von der Lagune entfernt, von wo aus man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen kann.

: Silvia made magic in a small space! She and her husband were gracious hosts. We learned new things to add to our Italian cooking techniques. Above all we had fun!
: The cooking class was really fun, interesting, and educational. Silvia and her husband are super friendly and very sociable. We had a wonderful evening and learned a lot. Definitely worth taking a cooking class here if you're in Orbetello. Silvia, thank you again for the lovely evening.

: First of all, Silvia was EXTREMELY gracious with me when I missed our scheduled cooking class. I completely confused the dates and Silvia was amazingly patient, understanding, and accommodating. We were able to have our cooking class the next day. My boyfriend and I LOVED our cooking class with Silvia (and her sweet angel of a mother) and it was one of the best part of our trip. Silvia and her mother were the sweetest hostesses and extremely personable. They were concerned about ensuring we felt right at home. We used Google Translate as a way of communicating since our Italian is non-existent. The dishes that were made were definitely different with a few recipes we took away with us that we will try to recreate. Overall, it's not something you'll regret!
