Hallo von Barbara!

Barbara empfängt uns in einem Paradies, eingebettet in die Natur der wunderschönen Toskana, nur einen Katzensprung von Siena entfernt, einer der schönsten Städte dieser Region. Ein perfekter Ort, umgeben von den Hügeln von Siena, wo sie ihre Gäste gerne empfängt und ihnen typische Gerichte ihrer Region serviert. Unsere Cesarina achtet sehr auf die Auswahl der Zutaten und bevorzugt biologische Produkte aus der Region. Das Gemüse stammt aus ihrem eigenen Garten, das Mehl aus alten Getreidesorten aus einer kleinen Steinmühle in der Nähe ihres Hauses.

: Where do I begin - what a special class! We had the most exceptional evening learning about Tuscan cuisine from Barbara and her daughter - both such kind, patient and wonderful people, generous with their time and sharing their secrets of Tuscan cooking. We had a mix up with dates and Barbara was so accommodating and understanding of our mistake, even staying until 11pm as we couldn’t start until late. She went over and above. We made memories we will cherish for a long time and food we still dream of. Everything was simple enough to follow, so that we can recreate at home. We would definitely do it again! Thank you Barbara and Alyssia!
