Ich liebe es, in der Küche zu arbeiten, ich lerne gerne neue Gerichte zuzubereiten, die zusammen mit traditionellen Rezepten auf meinem Tisch immer gut ankommen. Ich komme aus Neapel, daher bevorzugen diejenigen, die bei mir essen kommen, diese Küche. Ich habe jedoch Spaß daran, alle Arten von Rezepten zuzubereiten: von Vorspeisen über Suppen, erste und zweite Gänge mit Fleisch und Fisch bis hin zu Desserts. Alles verbunden mit einer leichten und schmackhaften Küche, die den Einsatz von Fetten und Frittiertem einschränkt.

- Our cooking class with Maria was fabulous! My family and I were a total of 10 people for the class and lunch and Maria welcomed us into her home with such warmth and friendliness. She’s an exceptional teacher. We created homemade pasta that was just delicious. It was a true highlight of our trip. I recommend enthusiastically to do this class for your next trip.
- A casa di Mariolina è stato come entrare a casa di una amica conosciuta da sempre. Oltre al clima familiare, le ricette proposte sono state sfiziose e facilmente replicabili. - Our luncheon cooking class exceeded all our expectations. Our travel group of 8 has done cooking classes throughout Europe. This was the best yet. Food was delicious, and topped off by an entertaining experience from Maria—dancing, singing, great stories—all while learning how to cook dishes that we will actually cook at home. We all agreed Maria is the best!!
