Hallo von Michela!

Michela ist gebürtige Veroneserin und lebt seit jeher in Verona, der Stadt der Kunst und der Liebe. Ihre Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte von der Piazza Brà entfernt, dem „Wohnzimmer“ Veronas. Die Hügel mit ihren Weinbergen, der Gardasee mit seinen jahrhundertealten Olivenbäumen und die Lessini-Berge umrahmen die Denkmäler einer Stadt mit zauberhaften Ausblicken. Ihre Leidenschaft für das Kochen ist ein Familienerbe. Großmutter Laura und Mutter Bibi bezogen ihre Enkelkinder und Kinder in die Zubereitung von frischer Pasta, Lasagne, Tortellini und Tortelli, Fleischgerichten mit Beilagen und Desserts mit ein. „In der Küche versuche ich, den Wert der Einfachheit zu vermitteln, aber gleichzeitig bin ich immer bereit, neue Gerichte auszuprobieren, wobei ich hauptsächlich typische Produkte aus der Region Verona verwende.“

Un’esperienza autentica e speciale! Michela è una persona straordinaria, accogliente e piena di passione; ha creato un’atmosfera calorosa, facendoci sentire tutte a casa e trasmettendoci il suo amore per la cucina. Con pazienza ci ha guidate nella preparazione degli gnocchi fatti a mano, raccontandoci curiosità e dandoci consigli. La location è nel centro di Verona, a due passi dall’ Arena, perfetta per chi con l’occasione vuole visitare la città. Consiglierei a chiunque questa esperienza. Vanessa

We had an amazing cooking experience with Michela. She was very knowledgeable and taught us how to pay attention to the little details that make the difference between good and great deserts. We had fantastic time and whole heartedly recommend a class with Michela.

Hands down one of our favorite experiences in Northern Italy! Michela was a wonderful guide as we walked the streets of Verona, stopping for a sweet treat at a historic pastry shop and learning about Verona as we strolled and talked. We picked up fresh bread for lunch at a historic bakery, then headed back to Michela's house where we enjoyed a snack before we learned how to prepare delicious gnocchi! Our family had a great time as we all sat down for lunch, enjoying the gnocchi with 3 simple sauces. Michela also had prepared a traditional Srbisolona which she served for dessert. Highly recommend this experience. We are working on perfecting our gnocchi in our own kitchen!

Hello Michela, We want to thank you for such an amazing evening. All of your attention to the smallest detail including Andrew's distaste for nuts, and Jack being vegetarian was a really nice touch. Your home was lovely and warm and your kitchen was supremely equiped! From the bottom of our hearts thank you!
