Review Policy
1. Definitions
"Site": website corresponds to the domain www.cesarine.com
"Home Food": Home Food S.r.l. - headquarters in Bologna, Via San Vitale 40/5d, Part. Iva and Fiscal Code 03416251209, Bologna Business Register Entry n BO-517649, share capital € 22,717.50 - company owner of the Site
"User": means any physical person over 18 years of age, having legal capacity, who visits the Site; also in the plural form "Users"
"Service": means a service offered for sale through the Site. Examples: home restaurant services; cooking classes; food tours, etc.; also in the plural form, such as "Services"
"Content": means any content shared by the User on the Site. By way of example but not limited to: text and/or reviews, images, video, audio, multimedia and/or audiovisual content in general. also in the plural form, such as "Contents"
"Review": content composed of text and/or images and/or video and/or multimedia elements in general, created by the User and aimed at disclosing his/her experience with one of the Services offered on the Site. In plural "Reviews".
2. Terms
By posting one or more Reviews and/or one or more Content, the User declares that he/she is aware of and accepts these rules and agrees to follow the rules stated herein.
To post a Review and/or Content, the User must:
- have purchased the Service being reviewed and have used it;
- not have any kind of conflict of interest;
- agree to produce an independent and truthful review;
- use Content exclusively of their own ownership and/or Content for which permission for use has been obtained from the respective owners.
3. Prohibitions
It is expressly forbidden for the User:
- to use in Reviews vulgar and/or offensive and/or otherwise inappropriate language;
- to publish Content and/or Reviews of a defamatory and/or otherwise untruthful and discrediting nature;
- to divulge, through the publication of Content and/or Reviews, messages contrary to the law and/or morality and/or incitement to hatred;
- to divulge, through the publication of Content and/or Reviews, material covered by industrial and/or intellectual property rights, without having acquired prior authorization from the owners of the respective rights;
- to use Reviews for personal purposes, such as, but not limited to, promoting a business or discrediting a competitor;
- to publish Reviews for Services regarding which he/she has entered into sponsorship, partnership, promotion agreements, etc.
4. Removals
Home Food may remove Content and/or Reviews that:
- it deems to be non-compliant with these regulations (especially points 2 and 3);
- Should be not understandable;
- Should contain advertising messages and/or spam and/or contain external links or links;
- Should contain fraudulent messages;
- Should contain personal information of the User and/or other persons that may lead to identity theft.
In addition, Home Food may remove Content and/or Reviews at the request of the same User who posted them. A User interested in the removal of his/her Content and/or Reviews should write to: legal@cesarine.com
5. Check
Home Food makes all efforts within its availability to verify the reliability of Reviews and, to this end, takes appropriate verification measures, such as: sending invitation links to review a Service enjoyed by the User; manual verification of the review written by a User, etc..
Verified reviews will be indicated as "verified review," while unverified reviews will be indicated as such.
Should a User believe a Review and/or Content does not comply with these rules, he/she may report it to legal@cesarine.com
Users may be contacted by Home Food in order to verify the veracity of the Review and the actual use of the Service.
6. Use and Intellectual Property
The Content and Reviews remain the property of the User who, through posting on the Site, grants Home Food an irrevocable, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, display, adapt, modify, translate, distribute, and incorporate such materials.
By posting Content and/or Reviews, User agrees that such material is available for viewing and freely accessible by anyone on the Site.
The User warrants that he/she has all necessary authorizations to publish Content on the Site, in full compliance with the law, private and intellectual property, and the right to image.
Through the publication of photos on the Site, the User assumes all responsibilities as the publisher of the Content in accordance with the law and grants Home Food the ability to reproduce, represent, upload, display, perform, transmit, and store the Content.
Users authorize their names to be appended to the Content. Through its publication, Users agree that the Content may automatically become accessible on the Internet, on other sites, blogs and web and social network pages of Home Food.
Users may at any time request Home Food to cease publication, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 4 above.
7. Images
Should the Contents and/or Reviews contain personal images of the User and/or third parties and/or depict private environments, the User with the publication declares - as specified in point 6 above - that he/she has acquired all the necessary authorizations for the disclosure of such material and undertakes to assume all responsibility, also towards Home Food, for the unauthorized disclosure of Contents.
8. Personal Data Protection
To know how their data, including any data provided through the Contents, are processed, the User may consult Home Food's Privacy Policy.
