A pocos minutos del centro de Trento, en las laderas del monte Calisio, les doy la bienvenida a una elegante villa de principios del siglo XIX, rodeada de viñedos y con un amplio jardín aterrazado. En la última planta de la villa les recibiré en un ambiente cálido y confortable, con vigas vistas, en una buhardilla llena de encanto. Durante los días de verano, podrán comer a la sombra del tejo centenario, refrescados por la brisa del monte Calisio. En este ambiente mágico, les haré saborear las delicias del Trentino, sabrosas y auténticas, basadas en recetas tradicionales y en los frutos de la tierra. Esto es lo que distingue al Trentino, además del encanto de su entorno natural y sus paisajes.

We had an amazing cooking class with Costanza and Paolo! The recipes were delicious, their home was beautiful, and they were fabulous hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed their ability to balance having fun cooking and having fun eating/conversing. We are so glad we booked this last-minute experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone interested.

We wee 6 and we learned how to prepare brusketa, spinach raviolis and apple tart, Constance explained in Italian and Paulo , the man of the big word translated. We had a wonderful time .

Costanza and Paolo were excellent instructors in our cooking class! We enjoyed leaning to make all three dishes and being able to enjoy our creations with them at a beautifully set table was a once in a lifetime experience! My daughter and I had a lovely morning cooking in Trento with Constanza and Paolo. We cooked and tasted regional dishes with delicate flavors. Specially bruschetta with Sauerkraut and cheese and a typical ravioli filled with beetroot and butter cheese sauce. We thank them for their hospitality and good conversation
