Me gustan mucho los postres y las decoraciones, y estoy constantemente estudiando primeros platos, segundos platos y guarniciones. Me encanta la dieta mediterránea, prefiero el pescado, pero me gusta variar. Me encanta tener amigos y familiares en casa, a pesar de que mi trabajo me ocupa mucho tiempo, porque la mesa une... Mi familia lo aprecia mucho y siempre pide novedades para llevar a la mesa».

- Maria was the absolute best host my friends and I could have asked for. She was so inclusive and welcoming. She truly made it feel like we were right at home. She gave us options about what we wanted to make. She made sure we were all comfortable and happy. Maria was also hysterical, I spent half the night laughing. Making pasta is not always easy but Maria made sure to help when it was needed and never moved too fast. Maria, was full of life and made this experience unforgettable. This was hands down my favorite activity during my 2 week trip to Europe! If I ever come back to Syracuse, I will make sure to take another one of Maria's classes!
- Our traditional cooking class was a wonderful experience. Maria Rita presented the class in a fun and educational way capturing the taste of true Sicilian cuisine. The experience felt like eating a meal prepared with love between friends. Maria Rita was generous it what was offered as well as opening her home up to make this a truly authentic experience. I highly recommend this class.
