J'adore me consacrer à la préparation de toutes sortes de plats, qu'il s'agisse d'une entrée appétissante ou d'un dessert irrésistible typique de ma région. Ma passion pour la cuisine m'amène à expérimenter de nouvelles recettes et à mettre sur la table des saveurs authentiques qui racontent les traditions de ma terre. - Today’s experience was nothing short of fantastically heartwarming. I had been looking for this and found it at Aurora and Corrado’s home. Both very gentle and lovely people. Their home was warm and welcoming and the food, well, nothing short of heaven. Bagna Cauda was incredible. Cabbage rolls with Guincale outstanding. Salami made by Corrado excellent. All in all I would recommend the experience of gentle people and fantastic food to anyone who is looking to experience local Piemontese culinary excellence. Thank you so much Aurora and Corrado. All the very best to both of you.
- Today, we had a wonderful cooking class and lunch at Aurora and Corrado’s kitchen. We prepared tajarin (Piedmontese pasta) and pears with Gorgonzola. It was a fantastic and authentic experience, only for the two of us. That gave us the opportunity to really meet and hear things about the Italian kitchen and the region, especially while Corrado was present to translate in perfect English. Thank you very much!
