Mola di Bari è un luogo speciale: un piccolo e delizioso borgo di mare, che attrae per le spiagge dal mare limpido e la gastronomia di qualità, grazie ai prodotti tipici (dal pomodoro della ‘Penna’, al pesce del ‘Canalone’) e ai piatti legati a ricorrenze religiose (dal calzone di cipolle del Venerdì Santo, alle lagane di San Giuseppe).Tutte prelibatezze da provare alla tavola di Annalisa, amante della buona cucina e regina dell’ospitalità. L’arte culinaria è, per la nostra Cesarina, un modo per arricchire i legami familiari e le amicizie, poiché durante un ‘suo’ pranzo, o una cena, non ci si limita a gustare piatti, ma si ripercorrono le atmosfere di un tempo.

We had an absolutely wonderful evening with Annalisa and her family making delicious ravioli and orichiette from scratch. Annalisa is very welcoming and we really enjoyed learning how to make the different pastas and tiramisu and then getting to eat them all with her and her family on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea!

Annalisa was a very generous host. Not only did we get amazing pasta making lessons but she had prepared aperitifs for us and shared her limoncello. She was an amazing teacher and very skilled in the kitchen. Her kitchen was beautiful and she was more than prepared for us with individual cutting boards and pasta making stations. I would definitely go back to visit her again!

My first cesarine experiance was wonderful. Annalisa, from Mola di Bari, was very hospital & friendly, l felt like a part of her family. She cooked with all her passion, traditional Pugliese dishes. With an unique atmosphere, great company, delicious food, good music and beautiful view on the sea, l ll never forget amazing experiance with Annalisa and her family!
