"Quando ripenso alla mia infanzia, rivedo mia madre ai fornelli, intenta a preparare le pietanze più tipiche della tradizione rurale, e immediatamente mi tornano in mente il profumo dell'arrosto e delle patate, delle lasagne fatte in casa e cotte sulla stufa, il dolce e avvolgente aroma del baccalà alla vicentina, del salame ai ferri e delle salsicce."

- Irma is incredible! Her and her husband went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful class. She is an excellent teacher and I would 100% take a cooking class with her again. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Although I didn't speak much Italian, we were able to use translator apps and got along just fine. I cannot say enough positive things about Irma, definitely recommend!
- We had an amazing experience with Irma. We made three pasta’s and a tiramisu. We’ve got all the leftovers with us and its plenty. Irma is truly amazing. Be prepared for the real italian experience! I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you so much for everything!!
- I had a very great time with Irma and her family. We cooked a lot of tasty dishes and I learned a lot. We actually did 3 different types of pasta (Ravioli, Bigoli and Gnocchi) and also Tiramisu. The atmosphere was great and really relaxed. I would absolutely reccomend booking a cooking class with Irma.
- I had a wonderful experience with Irma. She has a beautiful home, she provided delicious food and great company. We had enough pasta for me to take home to my family, who loved it and ate every bite.
