Meeting Irma and her family was the highlight of my trip to Italy. Not only did she provide great pasta making instruction, Irma and her daughter shared some of their family history and really welcomed me into their home. The four of us enjoyed amazing food and shared our stories and I am so grateful for this opportunity. As soon as I got home I bought an Atlas 150 and I’ve been making ravioli and fettuccine using everything Irma taught me. Thank you so much for the ride back to the train station as well! You and your family are truly wonderful souls!

We spent a lovely evening at Irma's and learned to make Ravioli with Radicchio, Gorgonzola and Walnuts, Bigoli and Tiramisu - it was excellent! A really nice experience!

Irma is incredible! Her and her husband went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful class. She is an excellent teacher and I would 100% take a cooking class with her again. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Although I didn't speak much Italian, we were able to use translator apps and got along just fine. I cannot say enough positive things about Irma, definitely recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Irma. We made three pasta’s and a tiramisu. We’ve got all the leftovers with us and its plenty. Irma is truly amazing. Be prepared for the real italian experience! I cannot recommend this enough. Thank you so much for everything!!
