- We had an amazing time cooking with Rosamaria. She took all the time in the world to learn us to make a couple of authentic Sicilian dishes. After that she opened up her house for us to have a lovely dinner. It was truely a lovely experience.
- Rosamaria was an absolute delight! We learned so much about Sicilian food, culture, a little Italian and of course some wonderful recipes and cooking techniques, we will take home with us! To cook in a real Italian home and learn not only about the food but her life is a unique experience you can’t typically find as a traveler. She was warm, generous and had clearly put a lot of thought and preparation into our class. Having a meal we prepared with her in her home will be a highlight of our trip. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you for this amazing opportunity 🇮🇹❤️.
