Cefalù è una località affascinante e con un’atmosfera suggestiva, ricca di storia, di architettura e di tradizioni, famosa soprattutto per la cattedrale normanna, è circondata dal Parco delle Madonie e da un mare meraviglioso. A pochi passi dal centro vive la nostra Cesarina in un'accogliente villa con giardino. Qui incontriamo Graziella che porta in tavola i piatti della tradizione che riflettono le contaminazioni normanne, arabe, greche. Ed assaggiare i prodotti unici: olio, mandorle, olive, pesce, conserve e formaggi. Ed ancora i vini: bianchi, neri, rosati, ottimi per esaltare la grande varietà della cucina siciliana. Perché il cibo è innanzitutto cultura: assaggiare vuol dire visitare e toccare con mano la storia di Cefalù.

The food and experience was more than we ever imagined. Graziella loves what she is doing and it shows. Delicious food and a wonderful and fun family! We enjoyed every minute and can’t wait to return to visit our new famiglia!

If you're seeking an intimate and authentic way to learn about f Italian cooking, Graziella is undoubtedly the perfect guide. Graziella welcomed us with open arms. She is warm and kind and loves to share her passion for cooking. Together with my fiancée, we went to the local market in Campofelice di Roccella, where Graziella showed us how sausage is prepared. We not only watched but actively participated in making this Italian staple from scratch. We sampled cured meats, sipped wine then made our way back to Graziella's charming studio, where we prepared a traditional Sicilian dinner. She showed us how to make handmade pasta, the delectable sausage we had created earlier, and the Sicilian-style involtini, a mouthwatering beef roll. Graziella's enthusiasm made the entire process a genuine delight.
