"La mia cucina è open space, mentre cucino mi piace chiacchierare con i miei ospiti, cucino di tutto, dalla pasta fatta in casa, ai secondi e contorni, i dolci, le pizze nel forno a legna, la carne alla brace, sia in inverno che in estate. Tutti i miei piatti sono cucinati con  prodotti a km zero, prediligo cucinare e mangiare frutta e verdura di stagione, ho un grande orto, frutteto, oliveto, vigneto, animali allevati all'aperto, tutto rigorosamente bio. Mi piace fare conserve di ortaggi, verdure e frutta, per gustare anche fuori stagione i miei prodotti".

Sabrina and her family were very welcoming and prepared a lovely lunch for us in their home. The scenery is beautiful and all products and ingredients used and drinks we had were from their own land (or their neighbours'). Sabrina and her mother teached us how to make a traditional regional pasta. We then had lunch all together. We note that we thought there would be a bit more cooking class involved than we actually experienced, but we had a great afternoon with great food nonetheless!

If you’re looking for a welcoming culinary experience in the heart of a family home with three generations of Umbrian locals then look no further. We made pasta, torta de testado, dessert (forget the name!) and feasted like kings on homemade truffle sauce, bruschetta, meats & cheeses, chicken pate, jams, processco, homemade wine, limoncello and more. Total food miles about zero km. Everything came from pretty much out the window. And as for the views and warm hospitality of Sabrina, Lella and Alessio - they were both a dream. Thank you so much for a special afternoon.
