Ich liebe es, die typischen Gerichte meiner wunderschönen Region zuzubereiten. Von Trenette al Pesto alla Genovese über Kaninchen nach ligurischer Art bis hin zu Bruschetta mit frischen Tomaten aus dem Garten und Spaghetti alle Vongole Veraci. Unter anderem biete ich herzhafte Kuchen, Omelettes mit Gemüse aus dem Garten und Ratatouille an. Dazu gibt es ausgezeichnete lokale Weine, über die ich gerne erzähle, da ich auch Sommelière bin.

- This was a wonderful experience and Claudia was a gracious host and wonderful chef. I would highly recommend her as well as the Caesarine experience. It will give you a whole new perspective on the community and culture of an area.
- What a wonderful experience! Claudia was welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. I loved the market and being able to walk through a beautiful area. The meal was delicious and it was a great way to experience Genoa and the regional cuisine.

- My husband and I went with Claudia for the market and food tour and had a blast! We learned about some history of Genova in the surrounding area, got to visit the produce, cheese, and spice stands at the Mercato Oriental, and tasted some focaccia. Claudia also took us around the market area for some history, and we were able to see some old palaces and stonework. She also went out of her way to recommend various enotecas where we can buy wine. We’d highly recommend a tour with Claudia!
