Hallo von Vittoria!

Meine Küche ist hauptsächlich von regionalen Rezepten aus Ligurien und dem Piemont inspiriert, wobei ich großen Wert auf die Verwendung typischer Produkte der Region lege. Ich habe eine besondere Vorliebe für die Verwendung von Gewürzen und Kräutern und liebe es, Fischgerichte zuzubereiten. Mein kulinarisches Repertoire beschränkt sich jedoch nicht nur darauf: Ich erkunde auch gerne andere regionale Traditionen Italiens und die Küchen anderer Länder, da ich gerne experimentiere, um meinen Gästen immer wieder neue, überraschende Geschmacksrichtungen zu bieten.

Our cooking lesson with Vittoria was wonderful! My partner and I went to her lovely, cozy home and were immediately at ease with Vittoria. She explained the recipes and walked us through them with ease, humor and precision - making our first cooking class together very enjoyable. We loved chatting with her too through the apertivo and sharing the food we made. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Liguria and we would recommend the experience 100% to anyone visiting. We’re excited to try the recipes out at home!

This experience has exceeded all expectations, we F38 M36, fully recommend this. Vittoria, with her love of the local history, traditions and cuisine comits to teaching and telling the stories through the dishes, in her home overseeing the sea. Of course she wasn't able to change the weather, but the Antipasti, Primi e Secondi Piatti, all were delicious and we all but had forgotten the thunderstorm and torrential rain. We felt honoured to have gotten such a personable cooking lesson, with loads patience from Vittoria for such newbies at the art of Lingurian food preperation. Grazie Mille Vittoria

We had an absolutely lovely time at Victoria’s. Aside from being a wonderful cook she is a very hospitable and generous person. The conversation was great fun, interesting and her home was just full of character and with a stunning garden where we picked all the herbs we needed for our lunch. I wish we could return tomorrow for more!!!!
