Komm zu mir nach Hause, zwischen Meer und Garten, für einen besonderen Kochkurs!
Wir machen den Teig und braten die typischen genuesischen Frisceu, die perfekt zum Aperitif passen. Dann lernen wir, wie man die „Mandilli de Sea” macht, diese leckeren ligurischen Lasagnette, die man mit Pesto serviert. Außerdem erfahren wir die Geheimnisse des berühmten Tiramisu, entweder in der klassischen Kaffee-Version oder mit Obst der Saison, alles in Gläsern. Zum Abschluss werden wir uns bei einem Aperitif mit typischen Vorspeisen entspannen und dann gemeinsam essen, was wir zubereitet haben. Bei schönem Wetter werde ich euch gerne im Garten mit Blick auf das Meer empfangen, andernfalls im Esszimmer am großen Tisch meiner Urgroßmutter.

- Our cooking lesson with Vittoria was wonderful! My partner and I went to her lovely, cozy home and were immediately at ease with Vittoria. She explained the recipes and walked us through them with ease, humor and precision - making our first cooking class together very enjoyable. We loved chatting with her too through the apertivo and sharing the food we made. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Liguria and we would recommend the experience 100% to anyone visiting. We’re excited to try the recipes out at home!
- This experience has exceeded all expectations, we F38 M36, fully recommend this. Vittoria, with her love of the local history, traditions and cuisine comits to teaching and telling the stories through the dishes, in her home overseeing the sea. Of course she wasn't able to change the weather, but the Antipasti, Primi e Secondi Piatti, all were delicious and we all but had forgotten the thunderstorm and torrential rain. We felt honoured to have gotten such a personable cooking lesson, with loads patience from Vittoria for such newbies at the art of Lingurian food preperation. Grazie Mille Vittoria
- We had an absolutely lovely time at Victoria’s. Aside from being a wonderful cook she is a very hospitable and generous person. The conversation was great fun, interesting and her home was just full of character and with a stunning garden where we picked all the herbs we needed for our lunch. I wish we could return tomorrow for more!!!!
