Hallo von Gian Paolo!

Meine Küche hat ihren Ursprung im Piemont. Die Produkte sind alle lokal und sorgfältig ausgewählt (Fleisch, Gemüse, Käse, frische Kräuter), ebenso wie natürlich die zu den Gerichten passenden Weine. Ich versuche, bei der Zubereitung so geradlinig wie möglich zu sein, auch wenn die Küche der Langa manchmal viel Zeit und komplexe Verfahren erfordert. Für mich ist es wichtig, immer die Grundzutaten eines Gerichts zu erkennen. Ich mag keine Seltsamkeiten, die Produkte, die wir hier haben, reichen völlig aus!

We had the best experience cooking with Gian Paolo! Gian Paolo is not only kind and funny, he is an experienced chef who taught us three authentic Piemonte recipes in the comfort of his wonderful home. We enjoyed our meal with views of the vineyards and mountains. We highly recommend this class - it will no doubt be the highlight of any trip! Thank you Gian Paolo!
