Als Liebhaber meiner Heimat und der guten Küche habe ich beschlossen, mein Wissen und meine Leidenschaft mit allen zu teilen, die mein Haus besuchen möchten. Ich bin überzeugt, dass man eine Region erst dann wirklich kennenlernen kann, wenn man auch all ihre Düfte und Aromen genossen hat, und das Itria-Tal ist die perfekte Verbindung zwischen Kultur und Gastronomie. Es ist mir eine Ehre, meinen Gästen diesen immensen Schatz näherbringen zu dürfen.

- This was one of the most magical experiences we have had in Puglia. The kitchen where we cooked is the most stunning villa. Michele was very talented and knowledgeable. The most delicious food!!!!! Truly wow wow wow wow!

- This was an amazing experience. We were not sure what to expect upon arrival but this is a very authentic Italian experience. We went to buy flour, vegetables, fruit, bread, cheese etc. everything fresh. We handmade the pasta and cooked everything together. We were served as if were a restaurant and it was amazing. We left around 10:30 or 11pm.
