I am a true Emilia native, daughter and granddaughter of two excellent cooks, and I carry in my heart a deep love for my land and its extraordinary culinary tradition.My cooking is all about fresh stuffed pasta, lasagna, gnocchi, roasts, and garden vegetables, without forgetting erbazzone, savory pies, and, of course, my greatest passion: desserts.I love traditional recipes, but I also enjoy experimenting, combining authentic flavors with innovative pairings to create dishes that are always new and surprising.
