Cooking is a passion that was passed down to me by my maternal grandmother. I watched her for years as she prepared her signature dishes, and from her, I inherited the love of taking care, of giving and giving of oneself (also) through good food. However, Grandma Rina was not the only one to influence me in the kitchen: cooking is truly about storytelling, transporting, contaminating, and leaving a mark of oneself.Our region is rich in history, with worlds that intertwine, and I love to mix the austere flavors of the most typical Piedmontese tradition with the bold, robust flavors of Occitan dishes.
