Splendida esperienza. Ewa è una persona meravigliosa, preparatissima, simpaticissima, ospitale, molto preparata ed attenta ai suoi ospiti. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo ed abbiamo imparato tantissimo sui lievitati oltre ad aver sperimentato tante ricette con gli impasti che ci ha fatto preparare. Insomma , un'esperienza che straconsiglio. Le mie figlie ( adolescenti) hanno adorato tutto e vorrebbero rifarlo ancora ed ancora. Quindi se avete voglia di sentirvi a casa , farvi tante risate, mangiare bene ed imparare i piccoli segreti della cucina, questo è il posto giusto. Voto 100

Excellent! My wife, niece and I took Ewan’s cooking lesson. We had a great time and learned much. There were some delicious “antipasto” and wine eating when we arrived. We make several dishes and took home the leftovers. Rea was a great host with a beautiful home. We enjoyed throughly.

Ewa was so welcoming and we felt like family from the get go. She was very knowledgeable and we had so much fun cooking in her home. She uses many ingredients from her own garden which was amazing to see. Get prepared to use your hands and eat lots of amazing food. She is truly warm and generous. The experience was once in a lifetime.

Eva was Amazing!! Her Lesson was like an italian movie were I was in an italian Cooking Adventure! The menu of pasta was fabulous and delicious! Eva was fun and a great teacher! Best pasta I have had in Italy!! We cooked, laughed, took photos of us and the pasta! We were eating and she also helped me learn a recipe I had asked her about-a rose shaped pasta for presenting to my friends back home! Then we had delicious lunch in her garden/patio backyard! Everything was perfect and Eva was a Fabulous cook and teacher in her beautiful home outside of Ortiga!

Ewa was wonderful. She greeted us upon arrival and introduced us to her sister and brother-in-law who were assisting her that evening. They were all extremely charming and very engaging. Ewa showed us her impressive garden and then we were seated outside at a beautiful table to an explosion of wonderful starters. The food was fresh and delicious. We then proceeded into Ewa's home for a lesson in cavetelli pasta making, we shared many laughs, it was thoroughly enjoyable. After eating our fresh pasta, we enjoyed another course of delicious pork and scrumptious sides and dessert. It was a delightful and delicious experience, one of our trip highlights!
