: It was strange going into someone’s home for a meal on our trip to Italy. Adele made us feel right at home. Wish I would have scheduled the pasta making dinner but Adele walked us through how she was making the different dishes. The food was excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone else looking to get a taste of the local cuisine.

: We had the most amazing time with Adele, she was extremely welcoming and a fantastic teacher. Everything came out delicious and I can't wait to try to recreate the dishes at home for my family. Cannot recommend Adele enough!
