La cocina que me gusta se compone de platos sencillos, principalmente vegetales y típicos de Liguria. El condimento por excelencia es el pesto, que todavía se elabora en el mortero, y luego todo lo que nos dan nuestro huerto y nuestro frutal, para convertirlo en deliciosos platos, en los que las verduras no son una guarnición, sino el centro de la preparación gastronómica.

Pesto making class with Giada exceeded our expectations. Our family of four enjoyed the beautiful setting on an olive farm as much as the food. The best part of the experience was the passionate love of farming and food that was clear in our hosts Giada and Frederico. Thanks so much for the amazing memories.

Giada and Federico shared their passion for olives with us. The stories about the cultivation, harvest and oil production gave an insight into the hard work on the steep hills. I enjoyed the stories, the food and wine tasting and the company of them both. Very worthwhile if you look for an authentic glimpse into olive oil.

Giada went above & beyond to make our visit unforgettable. Her hospitality was exceptional and each of the dishes she prepared were delicious, unique and memorable. We cannot recommend this experience enough for anyone seeking a different activity outside of either Genoa or Nice. It’s about halfway between either city tucked away in a tiny Italian hillside village surrounded by 300-year-old olive groves. Stunning all around and truly left our group at a loss for words!

The pesto workshop was amazing. We were late because we drive the wrong way but Giada was very kind to wait. We learned a lot and it was amazing to taste all the good from their land. Would certainly recommend.
