¡Hola de parte de Gianfranco!

Estamos en Marsala, ciudad famosa por la producción del vino del mismo nombre, que la ha convertido, desde 1987, en la «Ciudad del Vino». Nuestro Cesarino, Gianfranco, junto con su familia, lleva adelante el pasado, el presente y el futuro de una empresa que ha llegado a la quinta generación. Los protagonistas son los platos de la cultura campesina, representativos de Sicilia, sencillos y esenciales. ¿Los ingredientes de los platos? Todo lo que proviene de la empresa a km 0, desde la harina hasta los productos de la huerta, pasando por el aceite y los vinos, por supuesto.

This was our favorite experience of our whole trip. Gianfranco's passion and dedication to his craft are awe-inspiring. We had the most magical dinner and were honored to be welcomed so kindly into his family's tradition. I would highly recommend dinner with Gianfranco!

WOW! What a fabulous experience! This was the highlight of our trip to Sicily! Gianfranco was amazing; providing us with a fantastic overview tour of Marsala! Then driving us up to his farm and sharing his passion of wine and food! He and his mother (with occasional sightings of his father;) invited us into their winery to enjoy a meal and taste the beautiful regional wines. We helped prepare the gnocchilini; learning the technique and the joy of preparing food in a group. The lunch was amazing with many regional taste sensations; there was no need for supper! Thank you to Gianfranco and his mother for sharing their beautiful world with us. Highly recommend; you will not regret it!

The best agricultural tourism experience we have ever had. From the greeting to the farm tour to the food & wine; fantastic! If you come to the Marsala / Trapani area and miss this, that would be a shame. Gianfranco and Mama Maria are fabulous hosts with more passion for the traditions of the land, food, and wine than you can imagine. The antipasto and wine alone are worth it, but there is much more to enjoy. Don’t miss this one.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at the cooking class hosted by Gianfranco and his mother Maria. They made us very welcome and taught us so much about making three different kinds of pasta. The wealth of knowledge that Gianfranco had to share was outstanding. Please arrive with room in your stomach for you will not only eat the meal that you helped prepare but a lot of other scrumptious food as well. We were also very impressed with the decorations in the room making it such a lovely environment. This was one of our highlights of our trip to Sicily !

We had a wonderful cooking class by Gianfranco and his lovely mother Maria. Gianfranco speaks English well and was able to share a wealth of knowledge he has about the local food . Don’t eat much before you go, for you will not only be eating the delicious pasta you made, but a lot of other scrumptious food that was provided . The class was amazing and Gianfranco and Maria were wonderful hosts ! We highly recommend them !
