¡Hola de parte de Graziella!

Mi pasión por la cocina surgió desde la infancia, cuando jugaba con muñecas y cocinaba con tierra y agua. Así es como empecé mi andadura culinaria, inspirada por mi madre, una ama de casa que preparaba platos deliciosos. Aprendí a hacer pasta con el rasagnolo, a hacer pan, etc. Hace unos 35 años, esta pasión se convirtió en mi trabajo gracias a mi experiencia en el mundo de la restauración. Hace unos 10 años descubrí que era celíaca y decidí reinventar todas las recetas de mi madre, adaptándolas para que fueran sin gluten. Fue una experiencia significativa que alimentó aún más mi pasión, porque hoy puedo ofrecer platos deliciosos y seguros para quienes, como yo, son celíacos.

What a GrEaT experience !!! It was like going to an old friends house for dinner who happens to be a chef, and she teaches you all of her family recipes !!! Graziella was wonderful. She had amazing woman (ha! A 27 year old girl that was sooooooo impressive. Speaks 5 languages) We made and ate amazing food in a restaurant/home overlooking Spello !!! We came home with tons of leftovers and can’t wait to make the rest tonight !!! Highly recommend!! Friends for life !!

It’s November 2024 and I was just reminiscing about our cooking class in Italy with Graziella. It was such a wonderful time.. Ericka was our interpreter and made the conversation so easy for us. While we made pasta we laughed, drank espresso, laughed some more, and then enjoyed the fruits of our labor with some great wine. I felt like I was at the home of a friend which I was by the end of the class. lWe made wonderful pasta and we dined together. The experience was priceless.
