¡Hola de parte de Ilaria!

Mi pasión por la cocina italiana, y en particular por la toscana, nace del amor por los sabores de casa y por las recetas que llevan a la mesa historias y tradiciones. Mis platos cuentan mis raíces y la belleza de la región en la que vivo, la espléndida Toscana. Me gusta experimentar con nuevas combinaciones, pero también me encanta preparar recetas tradicionales. Entre mis favoritas se encuentran la panzanella, la pappa al pomodoro y los pici alle briciole, platos que llevo a mis cursos para darlos a conocer y degustarlos a quienes desean cocinar como en la Toscana. Cada clase es una oportunidad para descubrir los secretos de mi cocina, divertirse entre fogones y saborear platos llenos de sabor e historia.

Ilaria was a very knowledgeable host. She was an excellent teacher and gave us very good information about the area. I will definitely recommend her to anyone interested.

What a once-in-a-lifetime experience! From the warmth of Ilaria and her family, to learning how to cook authentic Italian cuisine, to getting a taste of life in Tuscany, it was top notch across the board. Plus our meal was out of this world. A must-do experience that we will never forget. We really enjoyed the fact that it took place in her families kitchen - it added to the experience!

Ilaria was an incredible host, teacher, and chauffer (she picked us up at the train station, and even drove us all the way back to Siena when our visit ran long and we missed the last train due to the great education and conversation). Ilaria expertly led us through each step of her ravioli and tiramisu recipes, and gave us a great understanding of the local culture. Could not recommend this charming experience more highly.

Ilaria was a fantastic host, making us feel “at home” from the minute we arrived. We really enjoyed the cooking lesson, with lots of information on local food traditions, as well as many interesting conversations! Lunch was delicious, including aperitivo made by Ilaria, and a glass of local wine. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would totally recommend it.
