Bonjour de la part de Annalisa !

Mola di Bari est un endroit spécial : un petit village de bord de mer charmant, qui attire par ses plages aux eaux cristallines et sa gastronomie de qualité, grâce à ses produits typiques (des tomates de la « Penna » au poisson du « Canalone ») et à ses plats liés aux fêtes religieuses (du calzone aux oignons du Vendredi Saint aux lagane de la Saint-Joseph).Toutes ces délicieuses spécialités sont à déguster chez Annalisa, amatrice de bonne cuisine et reine de l'hospitalité. Pour notre Cesarina, l'art culinaire est un moyen d'enrichir les liens familiaux et amicaux, car lors d'un de « ses » déjeuners ou dîners, on ne se contente pas de déguster des plats, mais on revisite aussi l'atmosphère d'autrefois.

Delicious home cooking and wonderful time with the family. Annalisa very patiently explained recipes and the conversation with all family members flowed nicely. We enjoyed this experience very and highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful evening with Annalisa and her family making delicious ravioli and orichiette from scratch. Annalisa is very welcoming and we really enjoyed learning how to make the different pastas and tiramisu and then getting to eat them all with her and her family on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea!

Annalisa was a very generous host. Not only did we get amazing pasta making lessons but she had prepared aperitifs for us and shared her limoncello. She was an amazing teacher and very skilled in the kitchen. Her kitchen was beautiful and she was more than prepared for us with individual cutting boards and pasta making stations. I would definitely go back to visit her again!
