Syracuse, avec son emplacement fascinant en bord de mer et ses monuments archéologiques, est la ville idéale pour se détendre sous le soleil sur ses magnifiques plages, assister à une tragédie classique dans le théâtre grec millénaire ou se perdre dans les ruelles d'Ortigia, le centre historique, en suivant les sons, les couleurs ou les parfums des délices de la cuisine sicilienne...En suivant ces parfums, vous arriverez chez moi.Je m'appelle Gilda et j'ai une passion innée pour la cuisine. J'adore cuisiner et accueillir mes amis et ma famille, organiser des déjeuners et des dîners à la maison. Chez moi, l'ambiance est familiale, toujours joyeuse et conviviale, et ma table... toujours fleurie et colorée !

- My cooking course with Gilda was incredibly special and I absolutely loved it. Not only is she incredibly kind and personal and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, but the food was brilliant. She contacted me in advance offering different options of what we cooked and the food was absolutely delicious. We had a lovely evening eating with her son. Thank you again. l'd recommend this experience to anyone
- My husband and I were on vacation for our Honeymoon. We decided to take a cooking class and Gilda did NOT disappoint. We had the best time and learned so much. This was definitely a highlight of our trip and would highly recommend this to anyone considering it.
- I had a wonderful experience cooking with Gilda. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic- a real force of nature cook! We made classic sicilian dishes and her home and gardens are beautiful. Six stars!
- What a great day. Gilda picked me up and we went to the market in Siracusa together. A great experience and Gilda knows everybody at the market. Afterwards we went to Gildas house to cook together with the ingredients purchased. We made swordfish caponata, timbale, stuffed squid and ricotta cannoli. Everything was very delicious and I will make all these delicious recipes at home. Thank you for a wonderful day!
