Bonjour de la part de Ilaria !

Ma passion pour la cuisine italienne, et en particulier pour la cuisine toscane, vient de mon amour pour les saveurs de chez moi et pour les recettes qui mettent en valeur l'histoire et la tradition. Mes plats racontent mes racines et la beauté de la région où je vis, la magnifique Toscane. J'aime essayer de nouvelles combinaisons, mais j'adore aussi préparer des recettes traditionnelles. Parmi mes plats préférés, il y a la panzanella, la pappa al pomodoro et les pici alle briciole, des plats que j'apporte dans mes cours pour les faire découvrir et déguster à ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner comme en Toscane. Chaque cours est l'occasion de découvrir les secrets de ma cuisine, de s'amuser aux fourneaux et de savourer des plats pleins de saveurs et d'histoire.

Ilaria was a very knowledgeable host. She was an excellent teacher and gave us very good information about the area. I will definitely recommend her to anyone interested.

What a once-in-a-lifetime experience! From the warmth of Ilaria and her family, to learning how to cook authentic Italian cuisine, to getting a taste of life in Tuscany, it was top notch across the board. Plus our meal was out of this world. A must-do experience that we will never forget. We really enjoyed the fact that it took place in her families kitchen - it added to the experience!

Fastastic experience. We had our host Ilaria all to ourselves and she made us feel like family. Took the time to explain each step thoroughly so that we could duplicate the delicious results at home. Ilaria is the best. Highly recommend.

Ilaria was an incredible host, teacher, and chauffer (she picked us up at the train station, and even drove us all the way back to Siena when our visit ran long and we missed the last train due to the great education and conversation). Ilaria expertly led us through each step of her ravioli and tiramisu recipes, and gave us a great understanding of the local culture. Could not recommend this charming experience more highly.

Ilaria was a fantastic host, making us feel “at home” from the minute we arrived. We really enjoyed the cooking lesson, with lots of information on local food traditions, as well as many interesting conversations! Lunch was delicious, including aperitivo made by Ilaria, and a glass of local wine. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would totally recommend it.
