Alberto, con la sua maestria tecnica, incarna la precisione e l'eleganza naturale dei gesti culinari, che si riflettono nella straordinaria ricchezza delle sue creazioni. Lucrezia, nonostante la sua giovane età, ha accumulato un'ampia esperienza nella preparazione della pasta fin dai suoi primi giorni nelle cucine dei ristoranti. Prepareremo insieme due paste fresche e il classico tiramisù. Non vediamo l'ora di incontrarvi per vivere queste bella esperienza insieme.

Lu and Alberto welcomed us warmly into their home and treated us to a delightful evening. Their passion for their native dishes, their expertise and their care for each ingredient were evident throughout. My wife and I are in our 50s and they are in they are 20s, but their maturity, work ethic and knowledge bely their age. We learned a lot and everything was delicious.

Excellent experience with Lucrezia in her lovely home, Food was delicious and being a trained chef she was able to provide much information and techniques on purchase and preparation. She was very engaged with us and just a lovely young woman. We really enjoyed our experience.

We had a wonderful time learning from and cooking with Lucrezia and Alberto! They are great teachers and the meal we made together was delicious. They are both highly trained chefs who graduated from a prestigious culinary school in Parma, and have worked in Michelin starred restaurants, so you can trust their expertise. More importantly they are lovely, genuine people who made us feel welcome in their home. Oh and their dog Jimmy was so much fun! We loved the experience so much we bought a pasta roller and plan to start making ravioli (and hand rolled pici) on our own at home.

Wonderful time learning from two trained chefs. Lu has a professional kitchen, an olive orchard for fresh olive oil and herbs, that we used in our meals. We were very impressed and felt so lucky to found Lu. We would highly recommend her.
