Corso di cucina condiviso con 2 ricette di pasta, tiramisù e aperitivo

Con questa esperienza imparerete a realizzare la pasta fresca fatta in casa totalmente a mano, con il solo ausilio del mattarello e del coltello.
Il corso prevede la realizzazione dell’impasto a partire dalla classica fontana sulla spianatoia in legno con la quale realizzare la sfoglia tirata col mattarello. Da questa si ricaveranno le classiche tagliatelle tagliate al coltello e i ravioli ricotta e spinaci, un altro classico della cucina delle nonne.
Dopo l’aperitivo con il quale verrete accolti, una volta pronta la pasta non resterà che degustarla con i condimenti già pronti a seconda della stagione e della mia fantasia.
Il pasto sarà concluso con il dolce diventato un classico della cucina italiana: il Tiramisù.

- A wonderful experience. Graciela and Giovanni were wonderful hosts. Visited the market which was filled with all kinds of produce, meats, fish. We also were treated to a lovely walk in town. We then went to their home where Graciela cooked a wonderful meal for us. Everything was so delicious and it was such fun to watch her prepare our meal. They were so gracious and we felt as if we were with dear friends. It was the most memorable experience and one of the best meals we have had on our travels. We highly recommend to everyone that might be considering doing this. We felt like we made new friends and the hospitality was second to none. Thanks to Graciela and Giovanni for making our visit such a wonderful one and one to remembered for years to come.
