Passeggeremo nell’orto della villa, tra ulivi e alberi da frutto, per immergerci nella natura prima di entrare in cucina. Insieme prepareremo le zucchine alla scapece, un antipasto fresco e tradizionale della cucina napoletana. Proseguiremo con la pasta fresca per gli gnocchi, che condiremo con melanzane croccanti, provola artigianale di un caseificio locale e basilico profumato. Chiuderemo con un dolce tipico romano: le ciambelline, seguendo una ricetta antica con un ingrediente segreto. Ogni ospite avrà tutto il necessario per partecipare alla lezione con Francesca, la nostra Cesarina del cuore.

: We spent the early part of the day enjoying the views as the area is right by the ocean. We then drove up the hillside to the quintessential Italian home we met the most original family. From the moment we met the family they made us feel welcome. I made some silly jokes, and made friends! After 3 nights in Rome, 10 nights on the Mediterranean cruise and two night near FCO, we were ready for a low-key original experience…we got SOOO much more. We got a lovely evening where we helped prepare the food, toured the personal garden where much of the dinner came from and enjoyed an evening al fresco with a garden/seaside view. We found the home full of love and clean! I can say for ALL four of us, it was a 10 outta 10! Grazie madre terra e famiglia!
: Our experience with Francesca and her beautiful family is one we will never forget! We had so much fun, making and eating great food and sharing our culture differences. If you are coming by cruise and have been to Rome and looking for something different to do then this is it! Sharing this experience is unforgettable!

: This a must do event. I have done cooking classes before but the hospitality and love shared by Francesca and her family was amazing. Her home is perfect- exactly as you would imagine in a beautiful local town. Her kitchen was well situated. Her outdoor hosting area was lovely. Then dinner was served in the garden area where local vegetables and spices are grown. It simply was one of the most heartfelt experiences we could dream of. Italy in a bottle. I HIGHLY recommend. I will be back next year!
: Our visit to Francesca was wonderful! She made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The food was fabulous and we loved the cooking lesson but the best part was being immersed into her beautiful home and family for a few hours. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Ciao da Francesca! Romana d’adozione e napoletana nel cuore. Accolgo i miei ospiti in una villa immersa tra ulivi e alberi da frutto, nelle campagne di Civitavecchia. “Chi cucina con amore, sazia piu del cibo” e questa filosofia guida ogni mio piatto preparato. Condivideremo il piacere di raccogliere insieme la verdura dall' orto, scoprendo storie e tradizioni fin dai primi del ‘900, offrendo un’esperienza unica e autentica.
