Ciao da Francesca! Romana d’adozione e napoletana nel cuore. Accolgo i miei ospiti in una villa immersa tra ulivi e alberi da frutto, nelle campagne di Civitavecchia. “Chi cucina con amore, sazia piu del cibo” e questa filosofia guida ogni mio piatto preparato. Condivideremo il piacere di raccogliere insieme la verdura dall' orto, scoprendo storie e tradizioni fin dai primi del ‘900, offrendo un’esperienza unica e autentica.

- It was an absolutely exciting experience! Francesca and her family are lovely and welcoming people! The place is wonderful. A villa in such a quiet place, furnished with great taste, surrounded by nature, not to mention the olive grove, which was really nice to walk. It was really worth the trip from South Carolina to Civitavecchia for her. Francesca is a teacher that we recommend! The cooking course was in fact very well organized, we had a lot of fun and immersed ourselves in the wonderful Italian cuisine. The result was delicious and the lunch with the family by the fireplace created a really pleasant atmosphere, we would never have expected it. Absolutely recommended! Thank you very much Francesca and family for the food and the warm welcome at your home!

- My family and I were welcomed into the home and had the whole family embrace us. Francesca is such a beautiful person and we enjoyed the entire day. We made a beautiful pizza. We honestly felt like we had spent the day at a friend’s house. It was really special and I urge anyone who is thinking about booking to do it without hesitation!
