Inizieremo passeggiando nell’orto della villa, raccogliendo ingredienti freschi e genuini. Ci cimenteremo nella preparazione dell’impasto. Infine, condiremo e inforneremo le pizze. Ogni ospite avrà tutto il necessario per la lezione.

    It was wonderful. Francesca invited us into her beautiful home like she was welcoming family. We chatted like old friends. Her long table was prepared for our cooking class. It was just the two of us so it was very intimate. We couldn't have imagined a better anniversary. We all worked individually to make a fresh pasta. It was fun! The patio with a sea view was amazing! She showed us her beautiful garden where she had many things we used like herbs, fruits olives etc. You will not be disappointed!

    Our visit to Francesca was wonderful! She made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The food was fabulous and we loved the cooking lesson but the best part was being immersed into her beautiful home and family for a few hours. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Today, for once, I was the one being nourished, with food, with stories, and with something that felt almost therapeutic. Francesca doesn’t just cook: she connects. Her kitchen isn’t just a place for recipes… it’s a place where people soften. And yes, the scialatielli were divine. But the real gift? Feeling completely seen, even while covered in flour.

    Ciao da Francesca!  Romana d’adozione e napoletana nel cuore. Accolgo i miei ospiti in una villa immersa tra ulivi e alberi da frutto, nelle campagne di Civitavecchia. “Chi cucina con amore, sazia piu del cibo” e questa filosofia guida ogni mio piatto preparato. Condivideremo il piacere di raccogliere insieme la verdura dall' orto, scoprendo storie e tradizioni fin dai primi del ‘900, offrendo un’esperienza unica e autentica.
