Barbara ci accoglie in un angolo di paradiso, immerso nella natura della meravigliosa Toscana a due passi da Siena, una delle città più belle di questo territorio. Una location perfetta circondata dalle colline senesi, dove ama accogliere i suoi ospiti e proporre piatti tipici della sua terra. La nostra Cesarina è molta attenta alla scelta delle materie prime, preferisci prodotti biologici e a km 0. La verdura raccolta dal suo orto, le farine di grani antichi che provengoo da un piccolo mulino a pietra vicino a casa sua.

Where do I begin - what a special class! We had the most exceptional evening learning about Tuscan cuisine from Barbara and her daughter - both such kind, patient and wonderful people, generous with their time and sharing their secrets of Tuscan cooking. We had a mix up with dates and Barbara was so accommodating and understanding of our mistake, even staying until 11pm as we couldn’t start until late. She went over and above. We made memories we will cherish for a long time and food we still dream of. Everything was simple enough to follow, so that we can recreate at home. We would definitely do it again! Thank you Barbara and Alyssia!

Barbara hosted our family in her beautiful Tuscan home. She is very friendly and knowledgeable! She did a great job teaching our family to make 2 pastas and a tiramisu- all delicious!

Barbara was a wonderful host! She made us feel welcome and at home right away. We had a small class of 7 participants and it was a great size for enjoyable conversation, laughing, and learning. The recipes were easy to follow and execute - not to mention tasty. The best part was the tiramisu which was heavenly. Barbara is a skilled culinary educator and a lovely person. This was a great experience and was a memorable highlight of our trip to Italy! Grazie!
